I offer retreats, private mindfulness coaching and workplace experiences designed to support focus, grounding and meaningful well-being.

Through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and nervous system-based practices, I provide thoughtful, personalized guidance grounded in over 17 years of facilitation experience.

Presence is always available.

Since 2009, I have supported individuals and groups through private sessions, trainings, signature retreats and workshops across Canada and internationally.

My understanding of this work has been shaped through both formal study and lived experience - including motherhood, grief and the ongoing practice of returning to presence in the midst of change.

My teaching has been informed by studies with Ana Forrest, Schuyler Grant, Judith Hanson Lasater, Clara Roberts-Oss, Adyashanti, Reggie Ray and Tara Brach.

When we work together

Each experience is thoughtfully guided and may include mindfulness, breathwork, reflection, nervous system education and simple practices that can be integrated into daily life.

The intention is to create spaces that support steadiness in the nervous system, greater presence in the mind and more ease in how we respond to stress and daily life.

These are practical, accessible tools that can support a calmer body, a clearer mind and a more grounded way of moving through the world.

Mentorship

Private mentorship is a space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a supported and intentional way.

There is no set formula. Our work together unfolds based on what is most needed, drawing from mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, nervous system practices, conversation and reflection.

Whether you're moving through a transition, seeking clarity or longing to feel more grounded, these sessions offer an opportunity to pause, listen deeply and explore meaningful change.

Together, we'll cultivate greater awareness and trust in your own capacity to navigate life with presence and care.
