It weaves together mindfulness, somatic tools, breathwork and discussion in a supported container. Over 7 online weekly sessions, we will gently look back at recent months with understanding and settle into the new year with a grounding routine.. Through various tools and a detailed downloadable workbook, a clearing will be made for new intentions, more authenticity and an overall more resilient outlook on life.
