Summer Retreat to Bowen Island | Aug 21-23, 2024
This getaway will be a perfect way to transition out of the summer months. We will create space to slow down and honour the transition of seasons ahead. Over 3 days and 2 nights, explore many types of Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breathing practices to give the entire system a reset. While immersed in nature with like-minded beings, the invitation will be to take stock, release and listen with more clarity.

This retreat will take place at Nectar Yoga, a beautiful sanctuary 20 mins off the coast of Vancouver on the ancestral and unceded territory of Nexwlélexwm (Bowen Island, BC). Our practice space at Nectar is in a beautiful geodesic dome that is nestled into the trees alongside a babbling creek. The entire experience will fill you with all the grounding and reconnection you seek.
