The Practice of Returning: An Evening of Breath & Sound | Sept 29, 2026

  • Werklab 1275 Venables Street Vancouver, British Columbia, V6A 3X6 Canada (map)

Join Carolyn and Kelbey for a Transformational Breathwork & Sound Activation Workshop at Werklab in Vancouver, shared alongside a like-minded community.

As autumn invites us inward, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and create space for what matters most. Through guided breathwork, immersive sound and quiet reflection, you'll gently release built-up stress, settle your nervous system and step into the season ahead with greater clarity, steadiness and intention.

Whether you're feeling full, in transition or simply longing for a meaningful pause, you're warmly welcome.

Together, we will explore

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork

  • Heart-Centered Meditations

  • Reflective Writing Prompts

  • Sound Activation, with Kelbey weaving the journey through his musical gifts

What to Bring

  • Notebook and pen

  • A blanket or extra layer

  • A cushion, pillow, or yoga block

Location

Werklab

290 - 1275 Venables Street, Vancouver, BC

What it is

A Transformational Conscious Connected Breathwork experience is an active meditation practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to support entry into an expanded, non-ordinary state of awareness. Breathwork can help you shift out of habitual patterns, meet limiting beliefs with greater clarity and move or release stored emotion.

The session begins with a gentle arrival, followed by a guided breathwork practice held with care and support throughout. Options are offered to suit your experience, along with time for grounding, rest and reflective writing.
