Life is changing. How are you changing alongside it?
Carolyn has been waiting for the perfect time to create and launch Becoming. But the time is now.
Because there may never be a point when we have all the answers to the questions that change brings. We are always becoming — adapting to changing bodies, relationships, roles, identities and circumstances, often while trying to understand what it all means.
Welcome to Becoming: a space to meet that change with more curiosity and care. To listen more closely, let go of what no longer fits, deepen trust in ourselves and explore how we want to meet the lives we’re actually living. This brand new four-week online series is for women navigating change, transition and the sometimes uncomfortable space between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.
PROGRAM INCLUSIONS:
Four 90-minute gatherings · Online via Zoom · Limited to 12 women per cohort
Whatsapp group for connection + support between meetings
Additional resources + podcasts to support navigating changes and transitions
TWO WAYS TO JOIN:
Becoming will be offered in two small online cohorts, each moving through the same four-week experience. Choose the gathering time that best fits your life.

There are times in our lives when something begins to shift. Our bodies change. Our roles change. Relationships, work, motherhood, identity and the ways we’ve learned to move through the world may no longer fit quite as they once did.
We can rush to figure out what’s next. Or we can learn to listen. And we can discover new ways of practicing presence. Becoming is an invitation to do just that.
OUR JOURNEY:
Over four weeks, we’ll explore a different part of the process of becoming - Listening, Letting Go, Trust and Living It - with mindfulness and embodied practices, reflection, conversation and time together. Through this process, you’ll find a greater capacity to be present with what is changing — to feel more fully, lean in more closely, release what has become tired or outgrown and make room for the voice and life that are emerging.
We’ll unpack questions like:
What is asking for my attention?
What no longer fits?
What am I being asked to trust?
How do I want to show up for the life that’s here now?
-
What is changing?
We begin by slowing down enough to notice what is asking for our attention — in the body, in our lives and underneath the noise of what we think we should be doing.
-
What no longer fits?
We’ll explore what we may be ready to loosen, release or grieve — from old identities and expectations to roles and ways of being that have become tired or outgrown.
-
What is emerging?
We turn toward uncertainty, inner knowing and self-trust, making room for the quieter voice underneath all the “shoulds” — without needing to know exactly what comes next.
-
How do I meet my life now?
We bring what we’ve discovered into everyday life — our relationships, choices, boundaries, work, creativity and rest — through small acts of alignment rather than dramatic reinvention.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each 90-minute gathering will offer space to slow down, listen and examine what is unfolding in your own life.
Together, we’ll weave in:
Mindfulness + meditation
Simple embodied + nervous system practices
Guided reflection + journaling
Teaching around change, transition + our capacity to meet uncertainty
Thoughtful conversation + connection
Practices and prompts to carry into the week ahead
This is intentionally a small-group experience, limited to 12 women per cohort, so there is space for conversation, connection and being witnessed - without getting lost in a large online room. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. Conversation and check-ins will be encouraged, but there is no expectation to have everything figured out, to share everything or to arrive anywhere in particular.
“These days I choose to face life head on—and I have become a comet. I arc across the sky of my life and the harder times are the friction that lets the worn and tired bits drop away. It’s a good way to travel; eventually I will wear away all resistance until all there is left of me is light.”
BECOMING MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF:
You’re moving through a season of change, even if you can’t quite name what is changing yet.
Your body is changing, your hormones are in flux. Your children need you differently. A relationship, career or role is shifting. Something that once fit no longer does.
Nothing dramatic has happened at all, but you can feel an internal shift: the sense that the way you’ve been living isn’t quite the way you want to keep living.
