In a hard world, it can feel safer to brace, numb or keep moving. As we edge toward spring, however, nature reminds us that opening doesn’t happen all at once — it happens slowly, through small thaws, subtle shifts and moments of softness returning after a long hold.
Join Carolyn Anne Budgell in this 75-minute workshop for a blend of meditation, grounding breath and expressive writing to support the nervous system and open the heart. You’ll be guided to settle the body, listen inward and gently explore what wants to be felt or released — like the first signs of thaw after winter, tender and honest. Practices are invitational and gentle so you can move at your own pace.
You’ll leave feeling more resourced, more spacious and a little more prepared for the quiet thaw — both within yourself and in how you meet the world.
