The antidote to a chaotic life. The slowness that teachers and students need.
This training is for anyone wishing to mindfully explore balancing practices, with roots in Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Mindfulness.
WELCOME
This 25 hour Spa Yoga Teacher Training in Vancouver, BC is dedicated to cultivating balance, nervous system health, and intentional movement. Over the weekend we will:
Explore therapeutic movement and restorative sequences that offer care for all systems of the body.
Learn how to guide others into practices that are gentle, creative, and deeply supportive.
Develop tools to share classes that meet students where they are — offering modifications, space, and safety.
Refine your ability to create sequences that invite slowing down and deeper awareness.
Spa Yoga is a softer, intentional approach that blends yoga, therapeutics, and mindfulness to create a nourishing experience for both teacher and student. This training is about slowing down, refining awareness, and discovering from the inside out.

It is ideal to have a minimum of 5 years as a yoga student / practitioner. Past attendees have come from all types of industries: physiotherapists, lawyers, counsellours, school teachers, yoga studio owners and those who simply want to advance their education for personal reasons. If you have a keen interest in exploring slower (yet creative) practices and nourishment for the nervous system, I guarantee there is something in this course for you.
