Kate teaches the morning classes, which are a mix of vinyasa/flow style yoga and functional movement. She offers a ton of instructions to leave no one behind, so there is a stage for everyone. Carolyn teaches the afternoons, and she calls her style Spa Yoga. It's super mellow, restorative, and with a big focus on breathing.
