Deep Presence: Meditation Teacher Training Weekend in Victoria | Apr 16-18th, 2027

  • Ma Wellness and Yoga 539 Herald Street Victoria, BC, V8W 1S5 Canada (map)

Join Carolyn for an immersive, in-person weekend if you feel called to deepen your meditation practice and expand your teaching offerings.

This 20-hour teacher training is designed for committed practitioners and facilitators who want to explore meditation and mindfulness more deeply — both as a personal path and as a practice to share with others. Through guided meditation, lecture, discussion, journaling and hands-on practice teaching, you will gain both experiential understanding and practical tools.

Carolyn loves to support an intimate, immersive container grounded in authenticity, inclusivity and embodied presence. If you are curious, now is the time. You’ll leave with clarity, presence and the skills to share the transformative power of meditation in your life and work.
