This transformative two hour journey will help release stress and the heaviness of life. Breathwork is a simple and effective tool to access the wisdom within, as well as to feel optimal wellness. Carolyn guides the experience with a grounding energy, openness and many options for each individual.
There will be time spent journaling, in quiet contemplation, absorbing the power of crystal bowl healing, practicing different types of calming and energizing Breathwork. We end with an Active Breathwork Meditation (similar to Holotropic / Wim Hof). If it's your first time, you will be encouraged to go slow and keep it light.
