A Mindfulness Series for Gently Turning Toward Yourself
As winter slowly loosens its grip, this six-week online series invites you to move toward the light slowly, and with care. Rather than pushing for change or renewal, we’ll explore what it means to nurture what’s already here, listening closely to the body, the breath and our real needs in this season of thaw.
Designed and guided by Carolyn, this live program weaves together mindfulness, gentle breathwork, somatic practices, reflection and conversation in a warm, supported container. Each week offers space to soften, reorient and tend to yourself with kindness — allowing clarity and vitality to emerge at their own pace.

15 min Mindful Pause + reflective check-in
