A virtual & live journey through techniques to find your inner anchor as the busyness of summer ramps up. Give yourself this time on Tuesday evenings in June, dedicated to breath and calming reflection. Each Tuesday evening (from 8-9pm PST) will include a short lecture as well as breathwork and meditation techniques.
