Meditation + Journaling Circle: A Ritual for Renewal (free online class)
*Registration opens Dec 10th*
Join Carolyn on Dec 21st at 10am PST from the comfort of your home for a one-hour Solstice practice to honour this meaningful moment of the year. There’s always potency to connecting online — and strong medicine in marking seasonal turning points.
The Winter Solstice marks the darkest day — a quiet threshold and a promise of the returning light. It invites us to pause, release the weight of the year behind us and gently open to what’s next. Together, we’ll breathe to soften the body, reflect through guided journaling and rest into the nourishing stillness of meditation. This will be a spacious hour to honour our journey, tend to the heart and plant seeds of renewal for the season ahead.
