Self Massage & Slow Stretch

 

A 15 minute somatic, feel good practice:

A special session filled with guided stretching, restorative yoga and mindful breathing to help undo stuck stress from the body. With a mix of several somatic practices, you’ll feel re-acquainted with a slower and more regulated physical / emotional state. Feel into the tension, breathe fully and cultivate a sweeter relationship between your hips, shoulders and mind.

Make sure you have space for seated releases and for reclined relaxation.
