Anxiety is slowly beginning to impact the health of the masses, who avoid taking time to pause and look within. This 2-part mindfulness series was designed by Carolyn to identify and cope with stress through breathwork and guided meditations. You can expect to learn about: anxiety, how it has helped you and impeded you,  various styles of calming breathwork and meditations to shift the conditioned narrative within.

You will leave feeling grounded in a deeper understanding of how to create clarity within your spinning thoughts and how to evoke gentleness towards your habitual and tendencies. 

All levels welcome.  There will be opportunities for questions. Seated and reclined meditations and breathing exercises will be practiced.

$50 for both evenings. Held in the community space at Stretch (Pender & Main)
