Join Carolyn Anne Budgell on Thursday, Oct 10th - World Mental Health Day - to take care of your mental health, through simple mindfulness meditation practices. Mental health issues range in severity, but truly affect many of us in one form or another - particularly if we don't pause to look at the narratives on overdrive. Showing up for yourself and feeling the quiet support of others in group can transform the stigmas ingrained around mental health & mindfulness. The questions may seem vast but an honest look at both meditation and mental health can offer feelings of connection, belonging and self-acceptance.
Carolyn will share brief insights into mindfulness and guided meditations to acknowledge the state we are in and soothe the very depths of ourselves.
