A Midsummer Restorative Reset || July 27th, 1:45-3:45pm || One Yoga for the People Vancouver

The heat of the summer can be incredibly invigorating yet equally depleting.

Join Carolyn to find deep relaxation. Take a pause and sink into a special 2-hour restorative practice filled with props, breath cues, hands-on enhancements, meditative silence and calming scents.

The sweetness of restorative yoga is that it causes a slowed heart rate, slowed breathing, better digestion and immunity. The naps during each 5-20 minute relaxing pose are a bonus!

If there are any imbalances in the nervous system or any ignored messages in the emotional layers, you can expect to acknowledge them and emerge renewed for the remainder of a bright summer season.
