Join Carolyn for an afternoon of simple meditations to face the anxieties and stresses that weigh you down, along with tangible/practical tools for coping. The only prerequisite of meditation is an eagerness to learn: about the inner workings of the mind and about ways to return to presence. Perfection is not required.
You can expect to engage in various seated & reclined meditations, soothing breathwork practices, simple written exercises to clarify which types of mindfulness you need most and creating commitments that will keep you meditating daily, in your own way.
There will be opportunities for questions. Please bring a notebook. All levels welcome.
