Join Carolyn and Clara for an explorational afternoon of movement and stillness through the practices of vinyasa yoga and meditation.
This workshop focuses on opening the body and mind to create a more integrated life off the mat. Be prepared for a variety of physical challenges (build internal heat, play through inversions and hold some sweet hip openers), guided meditations, discussion and journaling.
Whether you are new to yoga or have travelled this road a long while, the learning never ends. Anyone wishing to uncover more depth, more presence and more play is welcome.
